APPLICATION:

The way of protecting flammable pipes with mineral wool cover.

• 
  Step 1: Put Multitube on the pipe under the insulation and slide it into the wall. Then put insulation on the pipe and a tape.
• 
  Step 2: Fill the remaining space with mineral wool. By using a putty knife, apply Flame Cabel Pasta A to form a ring with a width of min. 50 mm and thickness min. 0.6 mm.
• 
  Step 3: Apply Flame Cabel Pasta A to the pipe cover so that a ring forms with a width of min. 50 mm and thickness min. 0.6 mm.
• 
  Step 4: Mark the penetration with the attached label, mark Flame Cabel Pasta A and Multitube on it, enter the date and name.

PENETRATIONS

• Clean the penetration opening, cables and pipes. Degrease, if required.
• Install the mineral wool boards.
• Protect the adjoining surfaces with a tape.
• Mix the flame Cabel A Paste.
• Apply several layers with a spatula.
• Mark the penetration seal with the information imprint supplied together with each bucket of the Flam Cabel A Paste.

LINEAR JOINTS

• Clean the joint.
• Protect the adjoining surfaces with a tape.
• Mix the Flame Cabel A Paste.
• Insert mineral wool into the joint.
• Apply the required amount of the paste with a spatula.
• Mark the made penetration seal with the information imprint supplied together with each bucket of the Flame Cabel A Paste.
