This privacy policy explains how Latakva Fire Solutions (Latakva) processes personal data when you use our website, place orders, submit inquiries or consultation forms, access the order portal, or manage cookie preferences.

We may process identification and contact details (name, email, phone, company), order and delivery data, inquiry and consultation content, order portal OTP verification data, and cookie or consent preferences.
We process data to handle orders and quotations, respond to inquiries and consultation requests, authenticate order portal access via OTP, operate the website, and — only with your consent — run Google analytics.
Processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests (site security and service improvement), legal obligations (for example accounting), and consent where required (analytics cookies).
Form spam reviews are kept for about 1 year; inquiry contacts for about 2 years; order contacts for about 7 years for accounting purposes; afterwards personal data is scrubbed or anonymised.
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised staff. Hosting and processing take place in the EU / Latvia. Processors act only on our instructions.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (DVI) in Latvia.
